The Title Vivana Kamala sits in a green valley behind Kamala, on the slope where the village gives way to wooded hills. Sand-coloured buildings with arched colonnades, rounded balconies and blue-tiled roofs stand around a courtyard threaded with water: a lagoon slips under stone bridges, widens into a swimming lane and ends at a grotto with a waterfall. Lawns and patterned paving fill the ground between the water and the facades — a fountain plaza by the entrance, a children's area with a slide and shallow water, and a fenced park kept for dogs. The shared rooms are dressed in the white, blue and yellow of Mediterranean maiolica and lemons: a lobby of rattan armchairs, a co-working room with a shared kitchen, a games lounge with pool and darts, a gym and a sauna.
