What to pay attention to
- Not a beachfront address: the walk to the sand is short, but a block of Kamala stands between the buildings and the sea, so water views come mainly from the upper floors and the roof
- a dense scheme — eight 7-storey buildings and 564 apartments on one plot, with many windows facing a neighbouring block across the courtyard
- car parking covers 40% of the units and there are only 38 motorcycle bays, so a space does not come with every apartment
- an off-plan purchase — you cannot move in straight away

Coralina Kamala is a low-rise residential quarter in Kamala, a five-minute walk from the beach: you reach the water along the village streets. Its buildings, with wave-edged balconies and planting spilling from every level, wrap a courtyard laid out as a lagoon: the water threads between the blocks, slips under footbridges and widens into shallows with day beds and a coral island shaded by a filigree canopy.
