Facilities of object "The Adora Rawai"

Facilities

  • Lagoon pool running the full length of the courtyard between the two rows of buildings
  • 50-metre lap pool
  • arched water tunnel over the water
  • wellness pool
  • jacuzzi and leisure pods set right in the water
  • leisure island in the middle of the lagoon
  • children's water zone with a slide and shallow splash area
  • pool terrace and sunbathing deck
  • relaxing swing over the water
  • palm court with a multi-purpose area
  • secret garden
  • 450-metre jogging track and a stretching area
  • sky pool and sky bar on the clubhouse roof
  • co-working space, meeting room and private working rooms
  • gym and steam rooms
  • kids room
  • laundry room
  • main lobby plus a second lobby beside the southern row, and an arrival plaza with a grand fountain
  • covered parking on the ground floor beneath the blocks (61 lots, 38 double, 22 for motorbikes, 2 with EV charging)

Strengths

  • 400 metres to Rawai Beach — a five-minute walk to the longtails and the pier, with Yanui 1.4 km away, Promthep Cape 1.8 km and Nai Harn 2.4 km
  • low-rise living: eight buildings of only four storeys and 210 apartments in the whole quarter — no tower and no queue for the lift
  • the courtyard is a lagoon rather than a car park: the water runs the length of the quarter, parking is hidden on the ground floor beneath the blocks, and some ground-floor apartments step straight from the living room to the water
  • everything for the evening stays inside the gate — co-working with a meeting room, gym, steam rooms, kids room and a rooftop pool with a bar on the clubhouse
  • cafés and minimarkets line Wiset Road right by the entrance, the Rawai seafood market is 1.4 km away, the family Rawai Park 1.3 km and Lighthouse International School seven
  • the shell is already up: the roof was topped out in July 2026, leaving the fit-out before handover

What to pay attention to

  • Not a beachfront address: neighbouring houses and a belt of shore trees stand between the quarter and the water, the beach is a four-hundred-metre walk, and the bay opens up mainly from the upper floors and the clubhouse roof
  • the plot runs from Wiset Road towards the sea and there is a single entrance: buildings A and I sit at the gate, while the clubhouse with the gym, co-working and rooftop pool is at the opposite end, a walk along the whole lagoon away
  • ground-floor apartments open straight onto the shared pool, so they have noticeably less privacy than the floors above
  • the choice of layouts is narrow: almost the entire quarter is one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus of 37–60 sqm, two-bedroom plans of 67–81 sqm are a handful and all of them sit in buildings D and F at the far end

Description

The Adora Rawai is a low-rise quarter at the southern end of Phuket, four hundred metres from Rawai Beach with its longtail boats and pier. Eight four-storey buildings stand in two rows along a lagoon that runs the length of the courtyard, winds past planted islands, slips under an arched water tunnel and widens into a children's zone with a slide and a shallow splash area. The architecture is contemporary Mediterranean — pale stone, arches, latticework and deep balconies — and the cars are tucked onto the ground floor beneath the blocks, so the yard stays on foot. The far end of the plot is given over to a three-storey clubhouse: co-working with meeting rooms, a gym and steam rooms, and on the roof a pool with a bar and loungers looking out to the bay. Beyond the gate ordinary Rawai carries on — cafés and minimarkets along Wiset Road, the seafood market, and then Yanui, Nai Harn and Promthep Cape.
