Facilities of object "ViVi Bangtao"

Facilities

  • Rooftop lap pool
  • pool deck with sun loungers under striped parasols
  • cabanas with day beds and round coral canopies on the roof
  • Sun Club — rooftop lawn and multi-purpose area
  • glass balustrade along the roof edge with sea and mountain views
  • garden and Relaxing Lawn at ground level
  • playground with a water zone
  • semi-outdoor lounge in the grounds and bike parking
  • lobby lounge with an orange spiral stair up to the second floor
  • Co-Working Space on the ground floor
  • laundry room and first aid room on the ground floor
  • Co-Living Space lounge on the 2nd floor
  • cafe corner on the 2nd floor
  • theatre room on the 2nd floor
  • game zone with a pool table and air hockey on the 2nd floor
  • Gym & Health Corner on the 3rd floor
  • two steam rooms on the 3rd floor and a sauna on the 8th
  • curved balconies with a wave-form parapet
  • two lifts
  • surface parking for approximately 57 cars with two EV chargers and a guard house at the entrance

Strengths

  • 700 metres to Bang Tao Beach — a ten-minute walk, with Maya Beach Club 800 m away and Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket 1.3 km away
  • entry from 3.16M THB — the low end of the market for Bang Tao
  • no studios in the mix: even the smallest apartment is a proper one-bedroom with the bed behind a door, and the Plus layout adds a separate multi-purpose room
  • the roof faces the sea — the lap pool, the lounger lawn and the canopies all look over the palms towards Bang Tao Bay
  • the evening happens under your own roof: theatre room, game zone with a pool table, Co-Living Space lounge with a cafe corner, gym, two steam rooms and a sauna on the eighth floor
  • one building of 181 apartments next to the finished The Title Legendary Bang-Tao and The Modeva, still under construction, both by the same developer — a neighbourhood that is already lived in rather than built on empty land

What to pay attention to

  • Not a beachfront address: 700 metres of built-up streets sit between the building and Bang Tao Beach, and the sea shows itself from the roof rather than from the lower floors
  • an early-stage purchase — piling began in May 2026, so handover is a long way off
  • all 181 apartments are one-bedrooms and the largest is barely over 52 sqm, which is tight for a family
  • surface parking for about 57 cars against 181 apartments, so there is not a space for every owner

Description

ViVi is a single white eight-storey building in Bang Tao, 700 metres from the beach, with its balconies drawn as one continuous wave, its corners rounded off and its three lower levels wrapped entirely in glass. That glazed volume holds the shared half of the house — a lobby lounge with an orange spiral stair and the Co-Working Space on the ground floor, the Co-Living Space lounge, the cafe corner, the game zone and the theatre room on the second, the gym and the steam rooms on the third. The best of it sits on the roof: a lap pool with a mosaic floor, a lawn of sun loungers under striped parasols, cabanas and round coral canopies, and a view over the palm tops to the sea. At ground level there is a garden, the Relaxing Lawn and a playground with a water zone, and the road from the gate runs past the neighbouring Title blocks to the cafés and shops of Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket.
