The area or beach in Phuket where the property is located Laguna, Phuket
The Katabello is a residential quarter by The Title in Kata, on the southern side of Phuket, dressed in a Mediterranean manner: sand-coloured walls, arches and shutters, wrought-iron lanterns and a fountain on the entrance plaza. The buildings sit as islands in water — a lagoon runs around each of them, slips beneath arched footbridges and widens into a sand beach with striped parasols at one end and a shallow with fountain jets and a yellow slide at the other. At the centre of the courtyard a black-and-white mosaic terrace circles a large tree, a glass-domed rotunda stands beside it, and a lap pool with a patterned floor stretches past cabanas set under pergolas. Higher up the site lies a large free-form pool whose loungers face the green hills that close off the Kata valley. Beyond the gate ordinary resort life carries on: Kata Night Plaza and the cafés along Kata Road, the park by the shore, and past them Kata Beach itself with Ko Pu island on the horizon.
