The area or beach in Phuket where the property is located Bang Tao (Cherng Talay, Thalang), Phuket
The Modeva Bang-Tao is a residential quarter in Bang Tao where the courtyard is laid out as a lagoon: the water runs around all seven buildings, slips beneath footbridges and widens around planted islands. A sand beach with a shallow entry and parasols sits on an island in the middle of the water, timber decks with sun loungers line the banks, and the ground-floor living rooms open straight onto the lagoon. The blocks fan out from a single entrance plaza and cars stay in a building of their own by the gate, so the yard never becomes a driveway between houses. On the roofs long winding planters hold full-grown trees, paths thread between them and pools are set into the deck. A landscaped park with a stream, a timber deck and a pavilion closes the western edge of the site, and between the gate and the shore there is only a band of low-rise houses and coastal trees.
